We then bring out your 14 hour, slow roasted Whole Suckling Pig with sides such as Creamy Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Farmer’s Market Vegetables, Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Bowl of the Freshest Salad Greens (sides will vary depending on what’s fresh and in season).
